How is this different from lobby scent diffusion?
Diffusion scents the air while guests are there. This gives them a bottle to take home — a physical souvenir of the property that keeps working long after checkout.
Can the scent be exclusive to our property?
Yes. Your house-scent formula is yours alone — we never make it for anyone else. The label and experience are fully white-labeled to your property.
Do we need the machine on-site?
Not for amenities and gifting — those are batch-made from your house scent and delivered. The machine is only needed for live lobby or event activation days.
How does allergy and ingredient disclosure work?
Every ingredient is listed on the bottle, and during live activations guests can exclude anything before their scent is made — appropriate for a hospitality setting.
Can guests reorder the house scent?
Yes. The house scent stays on file and can be reordered or restocked, and guests who take the quiz on an activation day keep their own formula for reorders.
