Custom means made for you

Every A Priori scent is compounded to order from your own direction — nothing about it exists until you ask for it. Because of that, bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable once made, except in the cases below. The $22 5 ml swatch is our answer to this: wear your scent for real, on your skin, for a few days before you commit to the full bottle.

Damaged, defective, or wrong orders

If your order arrives broken, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Email hello@aprioriscents.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it.

If your scent isn’t quite right

A scent that’s technically fine but not quite you isn’t a defect — but it’s not the end of the story either. Tell us what’s off — softer opening, more warmth, less floral — and we’ll re-cut the formula. That fitting loop is the whole point of the swatch.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and carry no cash value. Their balance does not expire.
