The In-Person Fitting
Weeks before, a 90-minute in-person session scheduled like a dress fitting. We keep pouring until you love it. You leave with your wedding scent in a 30 ml and a personal scent for each of you. $600 for the two of you, and the full price comes off any package you book within 12 months.

The Booth
At the reception, guests scan a QR code and take a two-minute quiz written around the two of you. They watch their own 1-of-1 bottle get compounded, drop by drop.

The Keepsake
Every guest who makes one walks away with a 10ml bottle carrying your names, your date, and their scent name. It looks like it came from your wedding — because it did.

A fitting is a private session where a signature scent gets made. The quiz guides, you smell the materials, the machine compounds candidates live until it fits. If you don’t love what we make together, everything stops there. When you continue, the fitting is credited in full.

Common questions.
Is the in-person fitting free?
No. It's $600 for the two of you: your shared wedding scent in a 30 ml and a personal scent for each of you. The full price comes off any package you book within 12 months. It's where you find out the scent is right before you commit to anything bigger. Book it at aprioriscents.com/fitting.
How is this different from a regular wedding favor?
Most favors get left on the table. A custom fragrance is personal to each guest — made from their own quiz answers — so it leaves with them and gets worn. It's the rare favor with a second life.
Do you come to our venue?
With the Booth and Signature packages, yes — we bring the machine and a dedicated attendant and handle setup and teardown. With the Favors package we deliver the minis before the day and never need to be on-site.
How much space does the machine need?
About the footprint of a small cocktail station — a standard 6-foot table is plenty. We bring everything.
What if a guest has allergies?
Every ingredient is listed and guests can exclude anything before their scent is made. Full ingredient disclosure is printed on every bottle.
Can guests order their scent again later?
Yes. With the booth, each guest's formula stays on file and they can reorder a full bottle. Your wedding scent stays on file too, remade exactly for anniversaries.
Do you travel outside the Bay Area?
Not yet. We're based in Marin County and currently serve the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa, and Sonoma only. If you're outside that, send your date anyway — we'll tell you if it changes.
